It's actually really hard to find a café or restaurant without some means of pulling some kind of shot. Two: there is virtually no filter coffee.

Specialties: Every drink is made with beans we've sourced ethically from around the world and roasted here in Buffalo. All of our coffee is brewed by hand, to order, via pour over. Espresso is dialed in hourly and pulled manually by our baristas. Our cold brew coffee is steeped for 24 hours for maximum flavor and caffeine extraction. We are nerds dedicated to honoring the labor of coffee.
